One of my tires developed a leak. I called the shop where I’ve done lots of business for years and they couldn’t help me. Called WA and they told me to come right down. Even though they were busy, they worked me right in and fixed it up in an hour. Probably going to take my business here from now on. Highly recommend.

I got a flat tire near the rotary on a wet, snowy day back in April. Thankfully I pulled over in the gas station across the street, and my partner went over to ask if they'd be able to help. Ashley was came over in 15 minutes, quickly changed on our spare , and ordered me a new tire to get there by 1:00 pm the next day. The next day I called a tow and it took only about 30 minutes for my tire to get replaced. The price was very reasonable. We're very grateful for Ashley's speedy and friendly service and willingness to make time for us. Will definitely be back in the future!

Westborough Automotive Service bailed my friend and I out on 3/15/2022. While driving to Mass we hit a huge pot hole causing both passenger tires front and back to explode. Everyone here was great! I had just gotten my first flat tire and needed a new one (which was not being made anymore), and Westborough Automotive took care of it. Bill Mickel handled the task of finding me a comparable tire at a low price (much appreciated!) and worked around my busy schedule to get the tire changed in ~20 min. I highly recommend that you go here-it worked out well for me!

I go there for inspection stickers. They are very nice, fair as they can be, and helpful. Don't get me wrong as to think they are easy on the inspection.

Always go here for emissions inspection because they get you in quick. The first time I went, they let me stay in the car b/c I had both my kids in car seats at the time and it would have been a big pain to get them out and wait. I've been going ever since.This past time, the car failed the inspection because I needed new tires, and Billy gave me a very reasonable estimate, fit me in the very next business day, and once again, I was on my way.Like others say...fair, honest, respectful of you time. Will definitely return!

David is very trustworthy. I needed my car for the weekend even though the repair wasn't completed. Not only did David ensure that it was safe to drive, he insisted I bring it back the following week and did NOT charge me a penny till the entire repair was completed! After it was done, the bill was exactly what he told me the first time, no additional costs were thrown at me under any pretext or excuses. I am pretty sure I would like these kind of people assisting me and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Very honest, trustworthy and straightforward!

Always timely, great service! Highly recommended for all my small auto needs. Just be wary of the driveway and parking lot when you come in. It's shared with jiffy lube so you just need to enter cautiously.

My cousin told me about this place and Mike worked on my car. Mike was an honest person and told me what was wrong with my car. Also did my inspection to my car. I will be recommending this place to everyone.

Was nervous to get an inspection there because I had never been. Checked google reviews and all were pretty good. Inspection was quick & easy and they were really helpful and nice. Glad I ended up trying them out!

My whole family has been seeing Dave MacDonald ,Billy and the gang for over 25 yrs now.I've searched out in Boston( where I live) for just a honest mechanic, never mind one that is fair priced- never found one.It's well worth the drive from Boston to go see them for automotive repairs/ tires / inspection sticker etcBefore my Dad died he told me to always go there. Dave has been working on my Camry since my parents bought it for themselves in 2001, and he always does a great job! I can't say enough about these guys (and there's a dunkin's next to it if you need to wait!)

I usually visit this place for state check and every time experience is awesome. Last time I was with my wife and kids in winter, they provided nice comfortable seats. First time they provided complete details about state check and didn’t charge any extra money when revisited them after corrections required in my car. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks a lot Westborough Automotive for their great service.

Perfect!The Westborough Automotive guys (they've since moved to the garage behind the Jiffy Lube on rt 9) are amazing. Billy is super honest and polite. They are fast in replacing and mounting tires when I bring them in myself and seem to have a selection of their own tires if you don't have your own. They are super fast at inspections also, I highly recommend them.

The team is amazing. Great work at a fair price and they stand by their work. If you need tires, they'll give you options and pricing and discuss which is best for your car and style of driving, with prices less than the discount chains.

Went for an inspection in the morning around 930AM. First week of the month. Only one car ahead of me. Very quick! Was in and out in less than 20 mins. Only downside (and that’s why I gave 4 stars), it was cash only.

I came here for a state inspection sticker. It’s first come first serve, but there wasn’t too long of a wait at the time of day I went. The woman here was very helpful and everyone was nice to me. Based off this interaction, I will likely come back here for other needs.

I was referred by a friend and couldn't of had a better experience. Needed tires, alignment and a spring replaced and it was completed quickly and for a very decent price compared to other places i have frequented. I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest automotive shop. I have another appointment scheduled this week for my parents vehicle.

I had a problem with the brakes on my car and took it to Westborough Auto to have them looked at. Dan was so helpful and checked out the brakes immediately and found they were really bad. The brakes were fixed the same day and they gave me a loaner vehicle to drive which was very convenient. This was the first time I had work done at Westborough Auto and I was very impressed. The people are great and very friendly and professional. The cost was reasonable also. I am so glad I found them. I highly recommend them.
